TRC Staffing Group provides an automated time and attendance system to our on-site partnership, which allows us to comprehensively manage all aspects of your labor information, needs. Various systems include; photo ID, swipe badges that records punches in, out, lunch and breaks. This vital information is downloaded into TRC Staffing’s network and used for pay-Rolling, productivity management reports and staffing forecasting. Each time and attendance system is managed locally and can be customized to your specific needs.

Training and Screening:
Recruiting and screening for industrial requires our team to have prior work experience and knowledge of this segmented area. Each candidate is screened and tested to verify client compatibility, work experience and skill set.
